Rates

Full Day Rental (9am-midnight):

Monday-Thursday: $1000

Friday: $1500

Saturday/Sunday: $1650

Hourly Rental:

Monday- Thursday: $100 per hour

Friday-Sunday: $150 per hour

Pricing may vary for holidays, including day before and after (including NYE, NY Day, Valentine's Day, Memorial Day - Sunday, Labor Day - Sunday)

Space can be rented from 9 AM - Midnight.

Weddings require an 8 Hour minimum rental. All other events require a 4 hour minimum rental. If rented hourly, there may be other events that same day. So ensure you include set up + tear down time.

Hourly rentals may require a cleaning fee. This fee may be waived on certain events if no food or bar.

For all rentals, you will have access to the indoor and outdoor space, as well as tables and chairs indoors. Ceremony chairs can be rented from the venue or a third party. Our chairs rent for $1 per chair plus a $200 set up fee.

Set up design and tear down can be provided for a extra fee. Venue is designed to be set up with the same floor plan for most events with exception of full day weddings, we will work on a floor plan with you free of charge and help set.

Photoshoots: Please inquire with date for special pricing.

Capacity & Layout:

Our indoor and outdoor space comfortably seats 100 people, with a total floor space of 2700 sq. ft. We also can do larger groups open house style with some fixed seating & patio space (graduation parties, etc).

We offer the layouts below for most events. If you require a special layout for your event, we’re happy to provide assistance upon request. The venue is all one level and features two breakout rooms that can be used as getting-ready rooms or conference rooms by request. We also have two modern ADA bathrooms. The entire space is ADA assessable.

The space includes two break-out rooms. These rooms can be used as getting ready rooms. The first room has three large mirrors and three salon chairs. The second room is a comfy relaxation room. Both these rooms can be used as conference rooms with tables by request. Main space has a Kitchenette with stove, sink, microwave & refrigerator access.

Food & Drinks:

At the Retreat, you can have the option to bring in your own licensed and insured caterer or self-cater with a signed waiver (food may be warmed on-site). Renters are allowed to bring your own non-alcoholic beverages if a dry bar (meaning no alcohol at the event).

If you chose to serve alcohol, we require a bartender on site and all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, must be served by our venue. We offer BEER, WINE, and LIQUOR with a $100 mobile bar/bartender charge.

Pre-stock items - venue can pre-stock wine/beer/kegs to be hosted. This option allows you to pre-order and pay for items such as champagne bottles etc and not have a bartender. If this case, we will have a representative on-site to check in on the event occasionally. No liquor items will be stocked.

Staff:

Our manager is on all on the property for events without alcohol, and we provide a bartender/manager on-site for events with alcohol.

Booking & Cancellation Policy:

To secure your event date, please email us at events@theretreatbybluehavenbarn.com with the event date, hours, and your name/email. We will send out an electronic contact and invoice to secure the date. We require a 50% retainer to book a date, with the remaining balance due 60 days prior to the event. Any payments made are non-refundable upon cancellation.

After you secure the date, we will reach out 30 days ahead of the time and send out a planning questionnaire to gather all the details we need to make your event a success. For weddings, we require an in-person meeting, and we offer two layout options at no extra charge. We can also work with you to create a head table if desired.

TVs on stands for presentations: $75.00 each

PA system with microphone for presentations: $100.00

Outside Chairs: $1.oo each chairs (white resin) & $200.00 set up fee if want us to set up.
